Meet the Story Tellers!

Pat Day is a retired hall of fame jockey from Louisville. During his career he rode more than 8,000 winners and once won the Kentucky Derby.

 

 

Donna Barton Brothers is a former jockey who won over 1,100 horse races and serves as a horseback riding reporter and analyst for NBC Sports Triple Crown coverage and a reporter and analyst for TVG Network. She also exercises horses at Churchill Downs.

 

Mike Berry is the leader behind the Kentucky Derby Festival, more than 70 events leading up to the first Saturday in May.

 

 

 

Chris Goodlett is the Curator of Collections at the Kentucky Derby Museum.

 

 

 

Ken Boehm is Senior Churchill Downs racetrack chaplain.

 

 

 

Travis Stone is the track announcer at Churchill Downs and voice of the world-famous Kentucky Derby.
