| The Kentucky Derby Museum education department kindly requests that only registered students be brought on school field trips and chaperones refrain from bringing additional children not enrolled in the attending school | |
| January 1 - February 28: | FREE ADMISSION for all Kentucky and Southern Indiana schools* Thank you to Churchill Downs® for sponsoring free fields in January and February! |
| One Adult for Every Four Students is Free | All field trips must have a minimum ratio of 1 adult per 10 students to book a field trip. You will be allowed a maximum of 1 adult per 4 children for free. Any additional adults over the 1:4 maximum will be invoiced to the school at a rate of $10.00 per person |
| Lunch Space: | We will provide lunch space for your students upon request. This must be scheduled in advance. Allow additional 30 minutes. $.50 per student |
| Bus Subsidy: | JCPS and the Louisville Archdiocese schools are eligible for a $70 bus subsidy. You must request the funding when you schedule your field trip. |
