Nostalgic Horse Play

The Horseplay exhibit on display at the Museum has brought a lot of fun into our lives. Watching children (and some adults) ride our Kentucky Derby horses that once sat in front of a grocery store so that the kiddies could beg their parents for a ride! We were amazed when we were told of its existence and the timing coincided with our toys and games exhibit.

Take a look for yourself at this 1960’s kiddie ride. Experience the fun and excitement as this ride will take you back to your childhood…not only teach you about toys and games surrounding Thoroughbred Racing but also bring back warm memories of your youth. The music is catchy and the horses are ready to take off for a quest in search of the finish line. So, bring your kids and your grandkids and share with them the joys and fun of childhood.
